The Black Max's sturdy plastic vane was designed to withstand years of punishment and the abuse of small boat sailing.
Its stainless steel mounting arm and set screw, as well as the plastic mounting base, add to the system's strength. The Black Max attaches quickly to your mast or boom with elastic attachment.
The wind vane has a bearing on both the top and bottom making it nearly as effective when mounted upside down or right side up.
Comes packaged in its own reusable storage tube for safe keeping when not in use.
