| Every aspect of the automated endless winding process is tightly controlled in a UV light free environment, where humidity and temperature are constantly monitored. Fiber tension controls provide a cable system that provides exceptionally consistent and repeatable performance. |

How is EasyRigging Made? |
| After the required length is programmed, the rigging computer calculates the amount of fibers and number of loops required for the specified cable. The above photo is the sleigh running endless PBO fibers.
End fittings are sealed during the production process to ensure protection from the environment EasyRigging assures water tightness and a long life span. |

How is EasyRigging Made? |
| All EasyRigging cables are protected by a black cover of a high-tech, heat shrink material. This cover protects the fibers inside against UV light, moisture and chafe. A low frequency sleigh runs the length of the rigging completely encasing the PBO in this protective cover.
Every piece of EasyRigging is stretch tested for quality control with a length measurement accuracy of 0.1 mm. The cable is stretch tested and pulled from 250 kg until twice the safe working load. |
