Ronstan 19mm I- Beam Traveler System |

This is the smallest series in the Ronstan I-Beam series. Track is 3/4 inch (19mm) wide by 15/16 inch (24mm) high. Four wheel cars ar used in most dinghy and catamaran configurations, six wheel cars are suitable for boats up to 25 feet in length. Strong grade 316 stainless steel bodies with flared sides and angled roller bearing wheels provide high load capacity and smooth operation even when under load. Wheels roll along both the upper or lower flange of the track. Modular end fittings can be assembled to provide up to 1:4 purchase. Acetal sheaves are suitable for use with 1/4 inch line. Track is made of black anodized grade 6351-T5 extruded aluminum. 4-wheel cars have a breaking load of 1430 lbs with a max working load of 550 lbs. The RF331 6-wheel car has a breaking load of 3080 lbs with a max working load of 715 lbs.

| The 32mm I-Beam series includes single and tandem traveler cars suitable for boats upto 40 feet(12 metres).
Stainless Steel bodies with flared sides and angled ball bearing rollers provide smooth operation and reliable performance even when angular loads are applied.Modular track end fittings can be assembled
to provide up to 4:1 control line purchase.
Blocks and cleat plates can be mounted
to permit control lines to be pulled
horizontally or vertically. The ball bearing
sheaves are suitable for use with 8mm
(5/16") line.
