Lewmar Size 1 Traveler Range Systems

The Traveler Range Systems line is Lewmar's most recent and should be used to add new or replace existing equipment. For replacing components in an existing mainsheet traveler system, see our inventory below of pre-existing Lewmar traveler lines.

Lewmar's Size 1 Traveler Range Systems line is for boats up to 11m (36ft) upstands for 60mm blocks, option on LW29431712 to fit 72mm. Suitable for 8mm (5/16") control line. Fits all Ocean size 1 tracks.

Lewmar Size 1 Traveler Track

Track for Size 1 Mainsheet Traveler Systems Beam Track is used when spanning cockpits and across companion way hatches. Sliding Bolt Track has a smooth clean profile with no visible fixings and has the ability to retro-fit new track to the deck using original bolt holes. Drilled Track is commonly used where through deck fixing is not possible, such as in double skinned boats, where fixing bolts are tapped into a plate in the deck.

Lewmar Traveler Kit is made of all of the necessary components to assemble a standard system. Each one comes with Lewmar's sliding bolt track, which allows you to retrofit the new track to your deck using bolt holes. For yachts up to 36" (11m) long.

Lewmar Size 1 Ocean Traveler

Machined ball races ensure optimum performance and maximum ball life. End cap screw head is exposed to absorb impact and protect the end cap itself. Good for mid-boom sheeting on boats to 30 feet and end boom sheeting on boats 35 feet.

Lewmar Size 1 Race Traveler

The Racing car range has been optimized for strength to weight ratio while still remaining race legal. Cars are of Monocoque construction for ultimate structural integrity. Fully machined bodies with level ball races have no end caps to fracture. Track ends are simple and heavy duty in design and do an excellent job of preventing car damage. Good for mid-boom sheeting on boats to 24 feet and end boom sheeting on boats 34 feet.

Lewmar Size 1 Race, Tow Purchase 4:1

For keelboats to 35'. Maximum mainsail size: 270 ft2 (end-boom sheeting) Not suitable for mid-boom sheeting. The line is lead to a deck mounted ratchet block allowing you to play the traveler with less muscle fatigue. Just add a deck mounted cam cleat for times when the traveler is not played.
