We make this with just the right amount of closed cell foam and sew everything down with a quilted finish to prevent the strap cover and padding from moving around under your foot. The cover is Sumbrella acyrlic for long life in the sun. We use two inch seatbelt webbing for its low stratch and abrasion resistance. Available in seven colors: blue, red, coral, yellow, orange, teal or green. |

Yeah, you can try to make your own, but this one is perfect right out of the box. These are precisely machined using a CNC, computer numeric controlled, router driven from Auto CAD to within .01mm. Now that is exact. Lines, blocks and hiking strap are not included. Here's what else you'll need: 1 standard Laser black hiking strap, 2 3/8" eye bolts, 2 blocks, 12-15' of old mainsheet, 6-8" shock cord, 2 eyestraps, 4mm line for attaching blocks and hiking straps. Detailed assembly instructions included.
