We Custom Make Rigging When You Order It
If you would like to use a line type, diameter, length or configuration different than what we have listed below, give our Customer Service Department a call at (800)729.9767 and we’ll be happy to customize a solution for you. Please feel free to email us your comments and suggestions. When Will Your Order Ship? APS will contact you with within one business day with a day-definite shipping date for your rigging order. All rigging orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and our shipping dates are determined by the current volume of orders in our Rigging Department. Please be aware that at the peak of our season (May - August), rigging times may exceed three business days. |

J/24 Shrouds |

| We offer J/24 shrouds in 3/16” 1x19 wire or 5mm Dyform wire, depending on your preference. Both wire options have T-balls fittings on the mast end and allow you to determine the type of turnbuckle to be used for adjustment: Johnson Open Body Turnbuckles or Ronstan Calibrated Turnbuckles.
To produce a new pair of upper or lower shrouds, we would ask you to provide us the length of your existing shrouds at their normal sailing setting (medium air) from bearing surface of the T-ball to the bearing surface of the toggle plate at the bottom of the turnbuckle. This can be done in two ways: - You can ship us your existing shrouds for our rigging department to duplicate - You can measure your own rigging and we will work from the measurements that you provide us. IMPORTANT NOTE: If your t-ball backing plate is mounted to your mast with two rivets above the hole, you have the older style (smaller) t-balls/plates and our stock rigging will not fit. J/24 Headstay |

| We offer the J/24 headstay in 3/16”, either with 1x19 wire or Dyform wire, with a Johnson Toggle Jaw with 3/8" pin on the deck end and a Johnson Eye on the other.
To produce a new headstay, we would ask you to provide us the length of your existing headstay from the bearing surface of the eye to the bearing surface of the toggle fitting. This can be done in two ways: - You can ship us your existing rigging for our rigging department to duplicate. - You can measure your own rigging and we will work from the measurements that you provide us. J/24 Backstay |

| We offer the components for the J/24 Backstay in 5/32” 1x19 wire. The upper portion of the backstay has a Johnson Aircraft Eye on the mast end and a Johnson Fork End on the lower end. The lower legs (sold invidually) have a Johnson Open Body Turnbuckle on the lower end and forks on the other. The diamond plate is used to connect the upper backstay with the two lower legs.
To produce a new backstay component, we would ask you to provide us the length of your existing headstay from one bearing surface to the other bearing surface, at your medium air setting. This can be done in two ways: - You can ship us your existing rigging for our rigging department to duplicate. - You can measure your own rigging and we will work from the measurements that you provide us.
