We Custom Make Rigging When You Order It
If you would like to use a wire/line type, diameter, length or configuration different than what we have listed below, give our Customer Service Department a call at (800)729.9767 and we’ll be happy to customize a solution for you. Please feel free to email us your comments and suggestions. When Will Your Order Ship? APS will contact you with within one business day with a day-definite shipping date for your rigging order. All rigging orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and our shipping dates are determined by the current volume of orders in our Rigging Department. Please be aware that at the peak of our season (May - August), rigging times may exceed three business days. |

Lightning Shrouds & Forestay |

| We make shroud and forestay replacement very easy. Made of 1x19 1/8” wire with a marine eye that is pre-bent to the proper entry angle to the mast and then tapped and threaded to accept your 1/4”, 20 bolt. The deck end has a Lightning single barrel adjuster with a 3/16” clevis pin or a calibrated Handy Lock (1/4" pin). Please provide us measurement from your existing rigging from bearing surface to bearing surface. Visit How to Measure Standing Rigging before placing your order. You may ship your existing rigging to us for reproduction if you prefer.

Lightning One Ended Turnbuckle |

One ended turnbuckle designed for use on 1/8 wire. Standard on our rigging options for the shrouds and forestay, it comes with a lock nut, designed to fit a 1/4-28 RH Thread. |

Lightning Spreader End for Bryant Spar |

The Lightning Spreader End for a Bryant Spar is designed to be captive on the shroud, which means it must be installed prior to swaging a new upper shroud. If replacing your existing end, then the replacement part is used and can be installed on your upper shroud. |
