Ultimate Opti Mainsheet Blue Polypropylene The ultimate Opti mainsheet is double tapered and made of Polypropylene. The polypropylene mainsheet won't absorb water. It is double tapered from 6.5mm to 9mm and back to 6.5mm. Thick only where they need to be, thin elsewhere to run smoothly. |

Rooster Polilite Opti Mainsheet Blue or black This line is manufactured to virtually eliminate tangles, meaning you will be easing your boom out freely at the weather mark - not pulling tangles out of your ratchet block. The diameter is optimal at 7mm which is between 1/4 inch and 5/16th inch sizes. Available in blue or black. Sold by the foot. Optimist mainsheets are twenty-four feet (24') in length. |

This line is specifically made for Optimist sail ties. The one-hundred percent Vectrus core means no stretch. The black polyester cover jacket is nubby and holds knots best. We recommend purchasing a little extra just in case you lose a sail tie or two. 20 feet of middle sail tie line is recommended, 10 feet for the corner sail tie line. Very easy to just cut and burn ends of this line as needed. Now available 3 mm Vectran without cover with uv protective coating. Constructed in such a way to facilitate easy splicing. Splicing needle (fid) available separately.

Racing: If you're looking to be competitive in your Opti fleet, these lines are for you. The lines are typically the highest performance for the application for those who are looking for high performance characteristics.
