If you would like to use a line type, diameter, length or configuration different than what we have listed below, give our Customer Service Department a call at (800)729.9767 and we’ll be happy to customize a solution for you. Please feel free to email us your comments and suggestions. When Will Your Order Ship? APS will contact you with within one business day with a day-definite shipping date for your rigging order. All rigging orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and our shipping dates are determined by the current volume of orders in our Rigging Department. Please be aware that at the peak of our season (May - August), rigging times may exceed three business days. E Scow Mainsheet (Tapered) Diameter: 5/16" (8mm) Line Options:
These main sheets are lightweight (low water absorption) and run well. We offer 5/16” Swiftcord or 5/16” New Swift spliced to 5/32” Amsteel Blue (SK-75 Dyneema single braid). The working end has an eye splice for attaching to your main sheet blocks and the other end is whipped. The Excel Fusion sheet is stripped leaving its SK-75 Dyneema core as the tapered section. |

E Scow Mainsheet (Untapered) Diameter: 5/16" (8mm) Line Options:
Our non-tapered swiftcord and trophy braid sheets have an eye splice in one end and whip on the other. Swiftcord is low stretch (SK-75 Dynema) and non-water absorbing. Racing Sheet is easy on the hands, is low on stretch and water absorption. Trophy Braid is a more traditional double braid with a fuzzy cover. Buzz is low water absorbing and easy to grip, it has two end whips. |

All of our our jib sheets are low stretch, lightweight (non-water absorbing), 1/4” with whipped ends for tying to the jib to create a continuous sheet as part of the E Scow's 2:1 system. |

E Scow Spinnaker Sheet Diameter: 1/4" (8mm) Line Options:
Our spinnaker sheets are continuous with tapered ends; these ends have eye splices that a short pigtail (short single braid line with an eye splice on one end) is run through and then tied to the clew. We offer our spinnaker sheets in two lengths. One for newer boats with the turning blocks forward of the skipper and a longer length for pre-conversion boats with thru-deck blocks aft of the skipper. The Endura Braid and Excel Fusion both have stripped covers while the NewSwift sheet is spliced to 1/8” Amsteel Blue ends. |

E Scow Tack Line Diameter: 1/4" (8mm) Line Options:
All of our tack lines are 1/4” with whipped ends. New England Endura Braid has a hard wearing cover and a 100% SK-75 Dyneeema core. VPC is very similar with a blended Dyneema core. Marlow Excel Fusion offers great grip, but with a little shorter cover life. |
