Speed Ring Racing Winches

Lewmar Speed Ring winches with their overdrive feature and carefully contoured drum profile are unique in the line of available Ocean range winches. The winch profile also allows for transfer of sheets from the speed ring to the power drum. Speed Ring winches have a dual purpose functionality -- they can be used on cabin top applications, giving fast speed for spinnaker trim, as well as efficient power for halyard tension. Lewmar Speed Ring winches are available in three Racing winch sizes. As with the other Lewmar racing winches the Speed Ring winches are feature packed. Annapolis Performance Sailing offers the line of Lewmar racing winches with light weight grey-anodized Aluminum drums.

Carbon Power Winch Range

The Lewmar range of Hi-Tech Carbon Power winches is growing due to popular demand. The latest model to join the range is the #115 which makes its debut on the latest Grand Prix Supermaxi "Wild Oats".

The range is available in two or three speeds with the larger models also available in Lewmar's patented integral four speed setup.

Self tailing or standard drum options are also featured. Pedestal drive or pwer in either electric or hydraulic format are also available making this the largest range of Carbon Winches available from any manufacturer.
