The SailFit Seminars DVD was created using material from previous seminars held in Clearwater, Florida. There is over an hour of video footage with commentary. The DVD can be viewed on your computer using any popular DVD player, or on your regular or high definition TV.
Follow SailFit Seminar participants through boat handling and racing drills while listening to expert comments by Kurt Taulbee, a 3-time US Laser Sailing Team Member and US Sailing Level II Certified coach. This DVD includes tacking, gybing, mark rounding, starting, upwind sailing, downwind sailing and rigging tips. The seminars were conducted on Clearwater Bay in light to moderate sailing conditions.
