Atlas Trailer or Jackstand Pad Blue with Orange Bottom When you care enough to put your bottom on the very best! Boat pads for trailers and stands have traditionally been constructed out of wood, which decays and falls apart over time. Often a carpet covering is placed over the wood to protect the bottom from abrasions and scratching, but carpet holds moisture and decreases the life of the pad. The moisture that is absorbed in the carpet will also cause blistering in the hull itself. For boatyards and those involved in painting boats, the carpet and wood pads can be problematic because the paint or epoxy is difficult to remove from this type of pad. The Atlas Boat Pad will not decay, protects the boats resting on it, and is chemical and UV resistant. Atlas Boat Pads are meant for stands and trailers that have originally been equipped with wood pads, and come with all mounting hardware required. Size is 12" x 12" and compatible with 4 1/8" or 7" mounting hole center distances, stainless steel mounting hardware included. Constructed of high density Polyethylene base with a high performance TPE top surface for a sturdy long lasting protective base. The Regatta model is designed specifically for epoxy or gel coat bottoms and those who dry sail their boats. |

The moulding is ribbed for structural rigidity and incorporates "wings" moulded in under which the webbing strap can be clipped.
