It only takes one overzealous jib trimmer to ruin your day...
Racing headsails are a serious investment, and protecting them should be the priority of any skipper who purchases one. These stanchion guards attach to the top of your lifeline stanchions in order to dull them in such a way that they cannot tear or chaefe through your headsail inventory. These guards provide a solid cushion of durable polyurethane, and fit easily onto stanchions ranging from 16mm - 20mm (5/8" - 3/4") in diameter at the top of the stanchion. Included with each stanchion guard are two nylon clips to ensure a solid and secure fit to your boat. Available in a two or four pack with Stanchion Guards and necessary Nylon retaining clips are included with each order. Click on the image to the left to see this product installed. |
