C-Vane Wind Indicator

Finally a vang that won't get caught when those close calls occur. When that pesky windward boat crossing in front of you, the C-Vane will simply shed the competitions wind vane without causing damage, simply a spin of the vane, before it goes back to being fully functional.

Even better, it works well too. The mount is designed to provide low friction to the vane, providing highly sensitive and accurate readings.

Designed to be mounted at eye-level around the lower mast using elastic straps.

Wind Indicator for small dinghies. A lightweight balanced vane arm for mounting below the Gooseneck enabling the Helmsman to accurately judge the angle of the apparent wind to the boat, great on small boats like the Laser and Sunfish.

Ed's Amazing Wind Indicators
	Hand-made of lightweight wood dowel, the vane has a brass bushing and rotates on a bead bearing. Front tip is weighted for perfect balance. The vane is made of waterproof Mylar material. Very sensitive, they are great on small boats. Approximate 9 inch and 13 inch size vanes.

Great for dinghies. Nylon flag with tough plastic arrow front on a stainless steel staff. Great colors. HA167's flag is 110mm x 120mm (~4 1/3" x 4 3/4") and the shaft is 410mm (~16 1/8"). Use the HA4066 to clip to mast.
