These lightweight, low-friction wire blocks carry wire halyards and high-strength control lines on boats of all sizes. High-load, composite bearings carry axial loads. The sheave is Hardkote-anodized and Teflon impregnated for strength and corrosion resistance. 1.00" wire blocks use low-friction thrust washers while 1.50" and 2.00" wire blocks have sideload balls between the sheave and the sideplate to minimize friction from unfair leads.

The sideplates of the H302, H306 and H310 Thru-Decks can be rotated before installation to allow the insertion of pre-swaged or crimp swage wire fittings.

The Cheeks include fasteners: #10 (5 mm) RH for the H301, 1/4" (6 mm) RH for the H302 and 5/16" (8 mm ) RH for the H309. The Thru-Decks do not included fasteners. The H302 and H306 require 2x #10 (5 mm) RH and the H310 requires 2x 1/4" (6 mm) RH fasteners.

The H321 Split Backstay Plate works with the H308 and comes with two 1/4" (6 mm) pins and the H321 comes with two 5/16" (8 mm) pins. Each comes with cotter pins and o-rings.

This range is great for wire halyards, vangs and other control lines with high loads where the line doesn't travel a lot.

These are Bullet Blocks upgraded for use with wire with roller bearings, which carry higher loads than ball bearings and Teflon-impregnated, Hardkote-anodized aluminum sheaves. Wire sheaves are dark grey compared to non-Wire Bullet Blocks' black sheaves, which can help you tell them apart.  Sheaves are 1-1/8 inch (29mm) and support a max wire size of 5/16" (8mm). Use these blocks for halyards and other small boat wire controls or for more highly loaded high-tech lines.

The RWO Series 19 Micro Blocks offer a compact comprehensive range of plain bearing blocks for small lines. These economical blocks are very popular in our store, especially the thru-deck versions. Ideal for control lines (max line size 1/4 inch) where space is at a premium and for lines that do not require low friction, ball-bearing blocks. Stainless steel straps and a plain bearing 19mm (3/4 inch) sheave result in a high breaking load of 1250 lbs and Max working load of 625 lbs.
