Custom Embroidery

Let us help you personalize your or your team's gear with great looking custom embroidery. Although left or right chest embroideries are most common sleeves, upper backs, gear bags, and hat fronts are also extremely popular. The pricing below will give you a good idea of embroidery costs however to ensure exact pricing please call for a quote.

Rolling Name changes (different crew name on each item) is an additional$3.00 per location
* Your artwork will need to be converted into an embroiderystitch file. These files tell the embroidery machine where to makeeach and every stitch. This is a one time set up charge of $8 per 1000stitches. Future orders using the same artwork will not incur thischarge.
** Add $1.00 per additional 2,000 stitches above 12,000.

Required Art Work

We require Vector art work for embroidery orders. If you must send pixel based artwork, a $25 vectorizing charge will apply. Please remember that all pixel based art must be high resolution (300 dpi minimum) and sized as large as the finished decoration. Please review our artwork requirements before sending your art to us.

What to expect...

1. We will take your order and give you an initial estimate forembroidery.

2. You will be asked to email your artwork directly to the person whotook your order.

3. A proof will be emailed to you showing the placement of your artwork onthe garment.

4. A final estimate for embroidery and apparel will be given for your approval.

5. Once your approval is received your order will begin production andyou will be given a day definite shipping date.

Waterproofing Embroidery

Because embroidery decoration causes thousands of holes to be punched throughperfectly good waterproof gear, the back side of your embroidery will need to bewaterproofed. This can be done in two ways. If your gear is made ofGore-Tex material, then we can send it out to a certified Gore-Tex facility tohave Gore-Tex material applied to the back side of the embroidery andheat-seal-taped. This process will maintain the Gore-Tex materialwarranty. The second way, and by far our most popular way to waterproof any embroidery, is an application of Aquaseal sealant directly to the back of the embroidery. This forms a permanentbond with the stitching, completely waterproofing the decoration. Thefollowing pricing is per garment, per location.
