J/22 Jib Cheek Block Mounts by JCD

Cut, milled and shaped from a solid block of HDPE, these J/22 Jib Cheek Block Mounts are nice and strong. The underside is milled out for weight savings and to allow easier water run-off. In addition to the block, there is room for a cam cleat too. All the edges are nicely rounded.

Jib Lead Blocks

Go with either the Little HexaRatchets in port/starboard. Notice one on/off slider is white and the other is black (port/starboard). They rotate in the ratchet mode in the opposite directions. By positioning these with the sliders facing outboard you can easily access the slider to turn the ratchet on/off even with the block under load and bent over from cross sheeting.

For a more aggressive grip on your sheet, move up to the larger 75mm Carbo Ratchets. As the on/off switch is recessed into the block and accessible from both sides there is no port or starboard; the block is universal.
