When Will Your Order Ship?
APS will contact you with within one business day with a day-definite shipping date for your rigging order. All rigging orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and our shipping dates are determined by the current volume of orders in our Rigging Department. Please be aware that at the peak of our season (May - August), rigging times may exceed three business days.

Please Note: Due to the varying line lengths for Thistle sheets, we only make recommendations for type of line and diameter, and leave the length to you! All line is sold by the foot, and the ends are burned.

Maffioli Swiftcord

High Performance

Dyneema SK-75/Cordura single braid; minimal stretch; zero water absorption; durable

Our Thistle Mainsheets are made using Maffioli Swiftcord. We recommend either 5/16", which runs well, or 3/8", which is easier on your hands. Line is sold by the foot, so you can customize the length. We recommend around 44' long.

Line Option:

Maffioli NewSwift	High Performance	Dyneema SK-75 cover with a SK-75 & Cordura core; minimal stretch, zero water absorption
Yale Yalelight	Mid-Range Performance	Dyneema SK-60/Polypropylene core with Polypro cover provides low stretch; zero water absorption
Maffioli Swiftcord	High Performance	Dyneema SK-75/Cordura single braid; minimal stretch; zero water absorption; durable

We recommend using either Yale Light or Maffioli Swiftcord for jib sheets. We let you choose the length, but suggest around 25'. Line is sold by the foot.

Thistle Spinnaker Sheets

Our Thistle Spinnaker Sheets are made of Yale Light or Swiftcord, in either 3/16" or 1/4". The 3/16" are lighter weight, but the 1/4" is more crew friendly. To order, choose your desired diameter, and indicate how many feet you would like. We recommend 55 - 60' depending on your individual set up. Line is sold by the foot.
