Wichard Titanium Trigger Shackle

Remove weight from where it really counts, your masthead and your spinnaker sheets. These shackles are forged from TA6V titanium and are 40 percent lighter than the comparable stainless steel models. Titanium is nonmagnetic and will not corrode. Easily release by hand under low loads or with a release fid for high loads. Free rotation of the snap shackle with help from the swivel. Impressive working and breaking load.

Wichard Halyard Key Pin Shackle

Key pins offer many advantages. The pin can easily be opened by a single half turn, but remains captive within the body of the shackle, it cannot be lost. The bar allows the halyard line to remain attached to the shackle. The bar that keeps the halyard captive has a rolled pin that can be removed, allowing the shackle to be attached to existing splices.
