Dinghy Control features a 32-plait polyester sheathing and a Dyneema® SK75 core. This high-quality design makes it suitable for use in its stripped state and a winning solution for competitive sailors. The sheathing of Dinghy Control consists of premium-quality Diolen fibers, and its Dyneema® SK75 core was impregnated with the innovative FSE Robline S.Y.I.S. technology. An irresistible combination.

Any type of control line on dinghies, sportboats, or small keelboats to 30’.

Specifically designed for us as a continuous control line Excel Control features a durable Technora and polyester cover for high strength and abrasion resistance with a lightweight polypropylene core for shape. Snakeskin cover allows polyester yarns to be tapered out when splicing for an end to end splice with no diameter increase.

Continuous control lines.

Excel Racing - Marlow

Excel Racing - Marlow
Construction: Polyester Cover w/ Dyneema Core

Extremely durable and stable. Longer life than similar lines. Dinghy and sport boat sailors love Excel Racing. Braided Dyneema core provides high strength and low stretch, and the tightly woven polyester cover provides durability. Water absorption is minimal, limited to the cover. Because the core of the 1/4", 5/32" and 3/16" is braided, the cover can be stripped and buried to save weight. These sizes can also be spliced when the cover is removed.

Common Applications:
Any type of control line. Light air sheets and spinnaker halyards on sport boats. Tapered dinghy spinnaker sheets and halyards.
