NOVASAIL NS360+ 4-3/4" x 3" x 1" 9.17oz (260g) The only true tactical magnetic compass with an embedded speedo GPS. The NS360+ has all the same great features of the 360 version, but with improved GPS, compass chip and refined software. Revolutionary, it provides you with all the race features: speedo, compass, wind shift indicator, VMG, distance, speed and direction to waypoints, distance to start line and race time. Allows for a tactical compass only mode, which makes it legal in this setting for classes that allow compasses but not GPS. Does not require a hole in the hull for the transducer, it works with GPS technology that allows for an accurate (50cm) measurement with half second refresh through 16 satellite channels. As accurate and reactive as a standard magnetic compass with a resolution of 1 degree. Lighter than any wire or wireless system and is manufactured with bombproof polycarbonate and anodized aluminum for durability. Powered by a single AA battery which allows about 30 hours of usage. NS100 Speedo Compass 4.9" x 3.15" x 1" 9.17oz (260g) A reliable speedo-compass GPS, the NS100 brings you all of the essential navigation tools including speed, course, position GPS, daily log, countdown and maximum speed and most importantly a man over board function that starts at the push of a button. It works through a GPS chip to display speed and course over ground and also features a back light. Man Over Board works by activating a permanent course including outdistances and position (longitude and latitude) making it possible to locate and rescue the lost man. Great for boats that make GPS class legal like the J/80 and Melges classes. Best of all it operates on only one standard AA battery for 30 hours.
