Same Day Shipping
It's APS's goal to provide the fastest possible service to our customers. To accomplish this goal, orders placed before 1pm EST are shipped same day if in stock. To ensure your package is shipped the same day, place your order before 1pm EST. Same day shipping does not apply to orders with rigging, decoration, sail numbering or other custom services. This also means we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order if necessary. If you need to change an order please give us a call.
Free Shipping on Back Orders:
We want to provide the best possible customer service. All in stock items will ship ahead according to the shipping method you chose. Any back ordered items will be shipped at no additional shipping charge once they come into stock (as long as the item(s) are not classified as oversized).

Convenient Pickup if You're in Annapolis
If you live in the Annapolis area or will be here for an event, you can opt to pick your order up at our storefront instead of shipping it via UPS or FedEx. There is no charge for this service -- simply come to our storefront at 104 Severn Avenue and we'll have your order ready for you by 3:00pm.
Additionally, our Shipping Department will be sure to call you via the phone number that you provide to let you know your order is ready to pick up.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are serviced via US Postal Service Priority or Express Mail.
As these services incur a very different set of charges from the US Postal Service for service outside the continental United States, our website will not provide you a shipping cost at checkout. Instead, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you via e-mail (at the address you provide during checkout) with a shipping quote straight from the US Postal Service for your order. Your quote will include costs and expected delivery times for both shipping options and you can choose the method you prefer.
There is a minimum shipping charge of $12.00 required for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands via the US Postal service. Please note that as these charges are highly variable and can rise quickly, we will not ship your order until we receive email confirmation from you with your acceptance.

The cost of international shipments is highly variable and can sometimes be complicated depending on the size, weight and contents of an order. As such, our website will not generate a shipping total at the time of checkout. Instead, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you via email (at the address you provide during checkout) with a shipping quote straight from the US Postal Service for your order. As shipping charges can rise quickly depending on a number of factors, APS will not ship your order until we receive email confirmation with acceptance of the charges.
Transit times for Priority Mail International is a minimum of 6 days and for Express Mail International an average of 1-5 days. Transit times are estimated and begin once the package is shipped from APS.
Orders for international shipping typically take one to two days of processing before leaving our Shipping Department -- orders will only ship out when all of the items are in-stock and available to ship. Please note that orders with a merchandise cost and shipping cost that totals over $500.00 USD must submit payment via a wire transfer of funds. Details will be provided to international customers about making a wire transfer to APS when we send you a shipping estimate.
Additional International Shipping Options
FedEx International shipping quotes and services are available by request only. Shipping rates will be substantially higher than the US Postal Service, but may be necessary due to the time sensitive nature of your order.
Note: Shipping estimates from APS will not reflect any tariff or duty charges that your national/local authorities may collect at the time of delivery. Before confirming any international shipping charges, we highly recommend contacting these authorities to gain a full understanding of these charges.
