  1. How do I apply my gift certificate? Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online. Please place your order as normal and either A. email sail@apsltd.com with your name, order number, and gift certificate number or B. give us a call at 800-729-9767 between 9am-5pm ET M-F and we will update your order.
  2. How do I get a high school or college sailing discount? Please add this high school or this college part number to your order. Your discount will not show in your cart, however, after we verify your name on the team roster we will discount your order manually. If you have already placed your order and you are eligible for the discount please email sail@apsltd.com with your name, school, and order number.   3. How do I make a return? Check out this page for our full return policy and instructions.
  4. I already placed my order, but I need to change something. If you would like to make a change to an order that you've recently placed, please send an e-mail with your desired changes to sail@apsltd.com or call us at 800-729-9767. Please email or call us with any updates ASAP, once orders are processed it may not be possible to modify.
  5. I received my product and there was a defect, what should I do? If you believe your product is damaged by the fault of the manufacturer, please email sail@apsltd.com with your original order number as well as a photo of the damaged product. Click here for our full warranty policy.
  6. I can’t find the hardware and line on your website- where did it go? APS has expanded to focus solely on foul weather gear, apparel, and personal accessories. We apologize, but we no longer carry the item you are searching for.
