This is Zhik Kiama jacket. This is a waterproof, breathable jacket in basically the in-shore category because it's a two layer material. It's lined, and the lining on this is a mesh, and it's a soft mesh. So, very comfortable. Starting from the top, feature wise I've got a good sized collar height, so I've got good protection all the way around. The hood, I've got good adjustments. I've got a firm peak that runs all the way back here so it doesn't want to collapse. My adjustments are on the side, and then I also have a peak adjuster where I can adjust where it falls on my brow.

One interesting thing, instead of just stuffing this hood up into an envelope type of collar in the back they actually have these velcro pieces, and once you roll the hood up you'll find the velcro here, and you can actually close that envelope and maintain the shape of the collar, so unique. This is a water resistant zipper with a storm flap, and it's a double zipper, so when I'm sitting if I'm a little warm, or I just want comfort for my legs to rise I can open it up. Down here, external adjustments, typical on this type of jacket. No internal cuffs, but what they've done is on the inside, just for this area they've used a smooth kind of rubbery material like most internal seals are made of, so that when you do seal this down it tends to kind of seal water out a little bit better in terms of the contact with your skin.

Moving down the side I've got slash pockets here, so I've got storm covers and they're using water resistant zippers. And the pockets themselves are micro-fleece, so a little bit of a hand warmer pocket. Then my adjustments for the hems on either side are right here. This is the Kiama Jacket by Zhik.
